（中央社記者游凱翔台北8日電）台北市長柯文哲在民國103年縣市長選舉期間，遭前國民黨立委羅淑蕾告發柯文哲在台大醫院MG149專戶之外私設帳戶，台北地檢署今天偵結，因罪嫌不足，將柯文哲不起訴處分。

柯文哲在103年縣市長選舉時，遭羅淑蕾控訴在擔任台大醫院外科加護病房主任時，為了逃避台大監督私設外科加護醫療經費（代號MG149）帳戶，並接受廠商捐款。

台北地檢署在同年9月朝涉違反貪污、背信、詐欺等方向偵辦，期間也傳喚時任台大醫院葉克膜組長蔡璧如，醫務秘書劉如意、及柯文哲本人到案說明。

經過約2年的偵查後，北檢今天偵結，均因罪嫌不足將柯文哲不起訴處分；另外，柯文哲當時也控訴羅淑蕾違反選罷法意圖使人不當選、加重誹謗、誣告部分，因撤回部分告訴及證據不足，羅淑蕾同樣也獲不起訴處分。1050608
